Finding your Frame

Wall Muse cannot find my TV

The TV never showed the Allow prompt

The Frame asks for permission on its own screen the first time Wall Muse connects. If you missed it, open the Frames screen in Wall Muse and ask it to connect again; the prompt reappears on the TV. Approve it with the TV remote.

Art appears but looks cropped

Frame TVs show art at exactly 16:9. Wall Muse crops for you and lets you adjust the crop before hanging: choose Manual when preparing a photo to frame exactly the part you want.

Painting with words

How many artworks do I get?

Your first week comes with 10 welcome artworks. After that, everyone gets 5 free artworks each month. Wall Muse Pro raises that to 200 a month, and a Booster adds 200 more for 30 days when a Pro month runs dry. Hanging your own photos is always free and unlimited.

A prompt came back with a note instead of a painting

Occasionally the studio declines a prompt, usually for safety reasons, and tells you why. Rephrase and try again; the attempt is not counted against your allowance when no artwork is produced.

Purchases

Managing or cancelling Wall Muse Pro

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To change or cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Wall Muse Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Pro allowance runs to the end of the paid period.

Restoring purchases

Reinstalled the app or moved to a new phone? Wall Muse picks up an active subscription automatically when it launches. If it has not, make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account you purchased with.

Refunds

Apple handles all billing, so refund requests go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
